SELLER'S INFORMATION

The auction method of selling is a quick and efficient way of liquidating property or assets at fair market value. Our auctioneers and trained personnel are here to assist you in settling an estate, disposing of personal property, buying and selling homes, automobiles, equipment, etc.

We advertise in local papers, trade papers, catalogs mailed out to proven buyers and over the internet. You can also find our auction listings on Auction Zip. Your items are sorted by our trained staff and placed in the specialty auction where we feel would do the best. The items are cataloged and assigned lot numbers. At preview, items are displayed in lighted showcases or set up by our decorator as they would be in a home.

Your settlement is complete within 10 days. You will receive a computerized statement with all prices realized for your merchandise.

We welcome your consignment of items for our weekly and/or antique and specialty auctions held at the Nazareth Auction Center. Please call the office at 610-759-7389 to schedule an appointment to drop-off merchandise. An appointment is REQUIRED for all drop-offs.

Every other Wednesday is auction day at The Nazareth Auction Center. Two Auctioneers sell a variety of items from antiques, collectibles, and furniture to household goods and box lots. The doors open at 10:00 a.m. for preview. Two auctioneers begin selling simultaneously at 11:00 with box lots (outside & main auction gallery) and smalls (second auction gallery). Furniture and larger items will be sold at approximately 4:00 p.m. For buyer convenience, a special preview is held the day prior to the auction, Tuesday from 4 - 6 p.m.

Our Antique and Specialty auctions are given national coverage with listings in Antiques & Auction News, Antiques & The Arts, and other trade papers.
